New System Startup

After install, wait 3 hours, then run your RO faucet for 15 minutes and turn it off — your system is ready to use. The first glass may have a slightly different taste as the filters fully seat, which is totally normal.

Set a Reminder

Set a phone reminder 6 months from your install date for pre-filter changes. We also send reminders, but a personal calendar alert ensures nothing slips through. You can also text us and we'll handle it for you.
