1. Services

PrimeFlow Filtration provides residential under-sink Reverse Osmosis water filtration system installation, maintenance, and consulting services throughout the Des Moines, Iowa metro area, including Waukee, Urbandale, Ankeny, West Des Moines, Clive, Johnston, and surrounding communities.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, and to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.

2. SMS Messaging Program Terms

By opting in to SMS messages, you agree to the terms of this section. Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any service.

Message and data rates may apply. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. PrimeFlow Filtration is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from PrimeFlow Filtration messages. No further messages will be sent. For help, call 515-669-0520." No further messages will be sent after that confirmation.

3. Quotes and Service Agreements

Any quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates and are subject to change upon in-home assessment. Prices are not guaranteed until a written service agreement is signed by both parties.

By proceeding with installation services, you authorize PrimeFlow Filtration to perform the agreed-upon work at your property. You represent that you have the authority to authorize work at the property (e.g., homeowner or authorized tenant).

4. Payment

Payment terms are as agreed upon in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments as specified at the time of service. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Iowa law, PrimeFlow Filtration's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our installation work. Any warranty on equipment and parts is provided by the respective manufacturer. Labor warranty terms, if any, will be specified in your service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of PrimeFlow Filtration and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
