These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PrimeFlow Filtration website located at primeflowfiltration.com and any related services provided by PrimeFlow Filtration, owned and operated by Tate Boyd, Des Moines, Iowa ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Services

PrimeFlow Filtration provides residential under-sink Reverse Osmosis water filtration system installation, maintenance, and consulting services throughout the Des Moines, Iowa metro area, including Waukee, Urbandale, Ankeny, West Des Moines, Clive, Johnston, and surrounding communities.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, and to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice.

2. SMS Messaging Program Terms

2.1 Program Description

PrimeFlow Filtration operates an SMS messaging program to send the following types of messages to customers who have provided express written consent:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and follow-up messages
• Consultation scheduling assistance
• Customer care and support responses
• Promotional offers related to water filtration services (only with express written consent)

2.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and interactions with us. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Recurring messages are possible for active service relationships.

2.3 Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These rates are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. PrimeFlow Filtration is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

2.4 How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:

• Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our contact/quote request form on this website
• Verbally consenting during a phone or in-person consultation (documented in our records)
• Texting a designated keyword to our business number at 515-669-0520

Your opt-in is voluntary. You are not required to consent to receive SMS as a condition of receiving any service or quote.

2.5 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
• Contacting us at 515-669-0520 and requesting removal
• Emailing tate@primeflowfiltration.com with your opt-out request

After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message: "You have been unsubscribed from PrimeFlow Filtration messages. No further messages will be sent. For help, call 515-669-0520." No further messages will be sent after that confirmation.

2.6 Help

2.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Quotes and Service Agreements

Any quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates and are subject to change upon in-home assessment. Prices are not guaranteed until a written service agreement is signed by both parties.

By proceeding with installation services, you authorize PrimeFlow Filtration to perform the agreed-upon work at your property. You represent that you have the authority to authorize work at the property (e.g., homeowner or authorized tenant).

4. Payment

Payment terms are as agreed upon in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments as specified at the time of service. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Iowa law, PrimeFlow Filtration's liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our installation work. Any warranty on equipment and parts is provided by the respective manufacturer. Labor warranty terms, if any, will be specified in your service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of PrimeFlow Filtration and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Website Use
